Sales Consultant – Healthcare
Weybridge, Surrey
£25,000 - £28,000 DOE (c£40,000 OTE Uncapped) Plus Private Healthcare, Travel Expenses
Our client’s mission is to champion the quality of life for all seniors. They provide a full range of personalised senior living services, including independent living, assisted living, care for individuals with Alzheimer's and other forms of memory loss, as well as nursing and rehabilitative services. An opportunity has now arisen for a Sales Consultant to join their team.
For this role, our client is looking for a personable sales professional who is able to empathise with their clients.
As a Sales Consultant you will be tasked with contacting and advising elderly people and their families on the services our client can offer them.
You will be responsible for effectively tracking your potential client’s from initial inquiry through to the final decision. You will build a trusting and positive relationship with your customers by understanding their needs and concerns, answering any enquiries and ensuring you thoroughly understand the services you are selling. Although office based, you will be required to travel to meet with clients, when necessary.
Your other duties will include:
- Ensuring model suites and apartments are well maintained
- Generating leads and making appointments
- Developing and implementing effective marketing plans and schedules
To be considered for this position, you must have proven consultative sales experience, ideally gained within the financial, recruitment, hospitality, healthcare or property sectors.
As a Sales Consultant you must have excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to build strong working relationships. A results driven approach is also key.
Although not essential, previous management experience would be beneficial to your application.
